Functions of Career Development Cell (CDC):

  • Career Guidance and Counseling : We Provide students with personalized career guidance, helping them identify their skills, interests, and goals. We Conduct workshops, seminars, and counseling sessions on career planning, personal branding, and self-assessment. We stand on the front to support students in exploring diverse career paths and understanding industry trends.
  • Skill Development and Training : We offer certifications, workshops, and value-added programs aligned with industry requirements. We conduct soft skills training, resume writing, interview preparation, and aptitude development sessions. Ensuring students are equipped with the technical and interpersonal skills needed to excel in a competitive job market is our top priority.
  • Industry Interface and Placements : We organize on-campus and off-campus placement drives, internships, and job fairs. Facilitate industry visits, guest lectures, and MoUs with organizations to enhance employability. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, industry leaders, and recruiters.

  • Recruitment Process:

    Application Process:
    • Share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and application guidelines with the Career Development Cell (CDC).
    • Students submit applications through the CDC or an online portal as per your requirements.
    Pre-Placement Talk (PPT):
    • Schedule a session to introduce your organization, work culture, and job roles.
    • Highlight key opportunities, benefits, and growth prospects for students.
    Assessments:
    • Conduct aptitude tests, technical assessments, or group discussions to shortlist candidates.
    • CDC will assist with logistics and communication during this phase.
    Interviews:
    • Organize personal interviews (technical and HR) for shortlisted candidates.
    • Interview rooms and other facilities will be arranged by the CDC.
    Final Selections:
    • Share the list of selected candidates with the CDC for further communication.
    • Offer letters can be issued directly or through the CDC to ensure proper documentation.
